It is stricly required to have a ticket in order to access the vans at the beginning of the tour, including children. In the event of a child, infant or pet not being declared, the local operator won’t be able to accept any addition on the day of the tour

What you can expect

During this afternoon tour, you will discover Loire Valley wines. Your guide will share his/her knowledge with you, to help you understand the diversity of Loire wines and their specific terroir.

We will first head towards Vouvray, mostly known for its sparkling white wines. Meet a local winemaker at a winery. Visit the traditional vat room and the underground cellars, that were dug during the 10th century in order to extract stones and today used by a famous Loire Valley wine house for producing and storing wines.

For the second wine tasting of the afternoon, in the area of Amboise, you will discover the range of wines that are produced there : white, rosé, red or sparkling.

• Throughout the afternoon, you will improve your knowledge regarding wine-making and of course wine tasting.
