  • Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary and are outside Traviia’s control

5. Partial & Promotional Refunds

If a booking was made using promotional pricing, discount codes, or special offers, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

Any non-refundable fees or benefits already applied may be deducted from the refundable amount.
