• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
• Outside food and beverages, smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the boat.
• This experience is not wheelchair or pram/stroller accessible.
• Please arrive at least 15 mins before departure.
• The experience is suitable for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• The VR headset is only worn during specific segments of the tour; most of the boat ride is without a headset.
• The audio tour and VR animation are available in Dutch and English.
• The boat is covered and heated in colder weather.
