Regarding Tour Cancellation due to rainy weather

Weather Policy: The fireworks display will proceed in rainy weather but may be postponed or canceled in the event of severe weather. The local organizing committee will make a final decision regarding the event’s status on the day before the scheduled date.

Tour Operation: The tour will proceed as scheduled unless an official cancellation is announced by the organizers prior to departure. Please note that the final decision to cancel may be made by the Fireworks Executive Committee as late as the early morning of the event. In such cases, your tour conductor will notify you of the cancellation on the day of the tour.

Refunds and Expenses: If the fireworks display is postponed or canceled before departure, the tour itself will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund of the tour fee.

• If the display is canceled after the tour has already departed, no refunds will be issued.
• Please be aware that any transportation costs incurred to reach the meeting point are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
• Important Notes During Bus Tour
• Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
• Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
• As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
• Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.
• Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
• Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.
• Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees.
• 8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.
• Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
• Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.

• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• If the minimum number of participants (25) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
• Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
• Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
• The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.

The fireworks display will still be held even in rainy weather, so the tour will proceed as scheduled. However, if there are concerns of dangerous conditions due to severe weather (e.g., typhoons, strong winds, or flooding) or safety risks from the fireworks launch, the event may be canceled.

If the fireworks event is canceled due to severe weather, the tour will still operate unless an official cancellation announcement is made before the departure of the trip. The decision to cancel may be made by the fireworks committee early in the morning on the day of the event, so any cancellation will be communicated by the tour guide on that day.

In the event that the fireworks are postponed due to a typhoon or other weather conditions before the trip departs, the tour will be canceled. In that case, the cost of the ticket will be deducted from the travel fee and refunded.

• The fireworks venue is about a 20-minute walk from the parking lot. Please wear comfortable clothing for walking.

Due to potential congestion or traffic issues on the day, the return time may be delayed significantly, and you may miss the last public transportation connection. In such cases, any transportation costs (e.g., taxi fares) will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the fireworks are canceled before departure, a full refund of the travel fee will be provided. However, if the fireworks are canceled after departure, no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
