Here, meet your licensed, local guide, who’ll elucidate the haunting history of these former Nazi concentration camps.

Interactive Learning: A Personalized Tour of Remembrance

Your guide will take you through Auschwitz I, initially built as a detention center for Polish citizens in 1939. Traverse the iconic gate under the chilling ‘Arbeit Macht Frei’ (Work Makes You Free) sign. Take a short break to absorb the moving outdoor exhibits before heading to Birkenau (Auschwitz II), built explicitly for the extermination of Jews.
