Meeting point description: Meet your guide outside The Ritz London hotel, next to 2 red telephone boxes and 2 souvenir stands, underneath one of the Ritz signs. The nearest tube station is Green Park Underground station. When you get to Green Park Underground station, take the left-hand exit. You will see a set of stairs and a ramp leading out of the station. Take the stairs up and walk towards the Ritz Hotel. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of your tour.(150 Piccadilly, London W1J 9BR, United Kingdom)

Know in advance:The tour is 5 hours in duration (3 hours Westminster Walking Tour and 2 hours in the Palace). The guide will not accompany you into Buckingham Palace: there is an amazing audio guide for you to use

• The Changing of the Guard Ceremony is only for the 10am tour and on certain days

Remember to bring:An umbrella if it's raining, comfortable shoes, drinks and snacks, a camera, contactless credit/debit card or Oyster Card for transportation

What you can expect

• This is your chance to set foot inside the official residence of the British Royal Family – one of the most famous buildings in the world!

Before entering Buckingham Palace, you’ll meet your local guide in Green Park to begin a fun 3-hour tour of Westminster. Along the way, you’ll see many of London’s iconic sights, including Downing Street, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, The London Eye and Parliament Square. During July, you can even see the Changing of the Guard (10 am tour only)!

Then it’ll be time to explore the palace! Your ticket includes a multi-language audio guide, and once inside, you can visit 19 incredible state rooms filled with royal furniture and famous art from the Royal Collection. You’ll also have access to the stunning royal gardens and the acclaimed “Queen Victoria’s Palace” exhibition.

Buckingham Palace is only open to visitors from the middle of July to late September, so book now to avoid disappointment! State Rooms are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
