• Meeting point description: Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.(1 Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd, Dubai, United Arab Emirates)

• Know in advance:Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance

• Please note that the sunrise option gives access to the 124th floor only. No VR Experience available for early morning visits before 8.30am

• Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge
