Spend a relaxing day at the Chocholow Thermal Baths’ Saunarium. Designed by sauna enthusiasts, this Saunarium will help you achieve all your self-care goals. The varied range of saunas here will certainly have a positive impact on your health and your mood. Here’s a more detailed description of the saunas available here:
Panorama Sauna: Admire the panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains as you enjoy this Panorama Sauna to relax all your senses.
Dry Sauna: This uses dry heat and low humidity to soothe and relax you plus helps cleanse the body of toxins.
Bio Juniper Sauna: A divine feeling of relaxation with the combined benefits of dry sauna bathing and its beneficial effect on the digestive system.
Infrared Sauna: A gentler and simpler form of sauna that helps in the regeneration and cleansing of the body.
While the saunas use dry heat, the steam bathhouses filled with moist heat within the Saunarium, also avail you of the most tempting offer to cleanse your skin, lower your blood pressure, improve circulation, and most importantly attain relaxation. After this, cool off in the external and internal cold water trough, cooling barrel, icefall, jacuzzi pool, or barrel with sulfide water. For an extended resting period post the sauna cycle, you are free to enter the salt chamber, a room entirely made of salt blocks that have been medically proven to remove irritants such as allergens and toxins from the respiratory system. You can also enter the salt cave, another resting area that has a water cascade to help you achieve a state of relaxation followed by relishing delicious and healthy meals at the Sauna Bar.
If you feel like 3 hours isn’t enough to delve into all these, then just upgrade your ticket to full-day access for a better experience.
