Must Know

It is mandatory for every participant to bring along their original passport or Emirates ID to be presented at the counter.
Bring along your jacket and sunscreen.
Strict Dress Code: Athletic clothes with sturdy, good-grip trainers, running shoes, or closed-toe shoes. It is not allowed to wear dresses, skirts, flip flops, or loose footwear.
The Jais Flight experience is restricted for guests weighing less than 40kg and more than 120kg, shorter than 130cm.
The Jais Sky Tour experience is restricted for guests weighing less than 40kg and more than 100kg, shorter than 130cm.
This experience should not be done under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.
All participants must be in good medical condition to be able to take this tour.

Getting started

Arrive at Jebel Jais Mountain Park 30 minutes before your Sky Tour start time. Check in at the registration desk with your booking confirmation and valid ID (passport or Emirates ID). Complete safety waivers for both experiences during your initial check-in. You'll receive two separate safety briefings—one before Sky Tour and another before Flight—with equipment adjustments between experiences.
