In the main concert hall, look up at the beautiful stained-glass skylight, which looks like the sun. Every detail, from the flowers to the sculptures, shows the lively art of early 20th-century Barcelona. Explore the elegant Lluís Millet Hall with its glass wall and balconies overlooking the street. Enjoy the architecture at your own pace with an audio guide.
Just a 15-minute drive (4.4 km) from Palau de la Música Catalana. The Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site is a UNESCO-listed former hospital complex designed by Domènech i Montaner. It's one of the biggest Art Nouveau sites in Europe. Walk through the restored buildings and appreciate the tilework, mosaics, and flower designs. The underground tunnels, which used to connect the hospital wings, show how clever the design was. Visit the Administration Pavilion with its old frescoes, stained glass, and sculptures that tell the hospital's story.
