What you can expect

This tour features 10 carefully selected tastings accompanied by wine and insights into the stories behind Bologna's food culture. You'll sample fresh pasta topped with Bolognese sauce at family-run trattorias and savour handcrafted tortellini. The experience includes tastings of premium Parmigiano Reggiano cheese aged for 24 and 36 months, artisanal cured meats, and balsamic vinegar aged for 15 and 24 years. You'll also enjoy a traditional tigella served with prosciutto, a mortadella sandwich, and the city's famous rice cake, all prepared by Bologna’s culinary masters.
