Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit

Please note that car seats are required for children below 8 years old, and the vehicle type will be confirmed 2 days before departure. Contact the local agency on your own to check if a car seat (US$10/day) is mandatory for your child. Failure to comply may result in admission decline

• The tour guide will arrange the drop-off sequence depending on traffic conditions

In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays that cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered

Please keep your baggage safe and secure at all times. Travelers will be held liable for their lost or damaged baggage. If a traveler loses or damages their baggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered

If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that zero portions of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly
