What you can expect

Follow an Escape Tour through Bergen op Zoom using an app and discover the city in a unique way. Follow the story of Jan II van Glymes who got into trouble and had to flee the city unseen. His only option was finding the secret exit out of Bergen op Zoom. In this Escape Tour, you will help him find it.

Jan II van Glymes was a rich landlord, married to Margaretha with whom he has 13 children. Jan was a stingy man and went to all his properties every day to collect the rent. If his tenants could not pay, they had to pay in different ways resulting in him having more than 50 descendants. One of his bastard sons was angry at Jan because his father didn't look after him and invaded his house.

Jan got scared and wanted to flee the city. Wander through Bergen op Zoom to help Jan find the secret exit out of the city. Try to solve the assignments, difficult questions, and fun riddles. You will play the Escape Tour using an app you'll download before starting the race against the clock. Follow the clues, solve the puzzles to escape the city within 2 hours. Good luck!
