Reminders

Please note most of the rides in Genting need to book with this VQ (Virtual Queue) in advance, and when it is fully booked by VQ, Genting doesn’t accept walk in especially for hot rides

• We suggest you can use VQ to arrange the time for all the hot rides as soon as you get into the park
• Customer is only able to book the VQ reservation after customer scan the QR code at the turnstile on their actual visit date

Customer that buy a wrong type of ticket (supposedly to buy Standard ticket but wrongly purchase Child ticket), strictly NO topped up is allow at the ticketing counter

• Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified or operating at reduced capacity.
• All selling prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of Entertainment Duty.

Definitions of Tickets: FREE park admission applies to children below 90cm in height ; Standard: Guest with a height above 110cm ; Senior: Guests aged 60 years or above ; Guests with Disabilities: Guests with disability certificates

The use of the venue Ticket(s) and/or entry to Genting SkyWorlds implies your acceptance of the General Ticketing Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations.

• No request for change of the validity date of the purchased Tickets shall be entertained.

The Tickets are strictly non-transferable, not for re-sale, exchange and/or non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced and/or tampered.

All guest(s) must retain their confirmation email(s) for inspection purposes when required. The Management reserves the right to: a. request additional information or proof of identity from you in order to verify confirmation email(s); and b. deny your entry if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if the transaction is deemed fraudulent in our reasonable opinion.

• If there is any conflict or inconsistency between English and other translations of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

All guest(s) must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated and adhere to all Genting SkyWorlds’ Rules and Regulation as stipulated in www.gentingskyworlds.com/rules-regulations.

How to Use

1/ Customer is to scan the QR code at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park’s turnstile and register biometrics before entering the park (No need to exchange an entry ticket at Genting SkyWorlds Ticketing counter)

• 2/ Customer is only able to book the VQ Reservation once they link their admission ticket into Genting SkyWorlds App on their visit date
• 3/ For customers that do not download the Genting SkyWorlds App, they MUST retain their admission ticket for multiple entries to the park

All guests visiting Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park are advised to use the Awana SkyAvenue Gateway at Level G, SkyAvenue for entry during regular park hours.

Genting SkyWorlds is also the first theme park in Southeast Asia to use the innovative VQ technology, allowing you to book your preferred time slots for each ride, skipping the dreary waiting time.

📸 Photo+

While you enjoy sky-high adventures, let Photo+ capture your best moments by using facial recognition technology. Having captured your photos, Photo+ is able to identify and match faces using trained neural activity detectors. Each image of you that is captured within Genting SkyWorlds will be sent to your mobile app for instant review.

🔻 How Does It Work?

Step 1 : Download the free Genting SkyWorlds mobile app via App Store or Google Play.

Step 2 : Sign up or log in to the app.

Step 3 : Select “My Photo+” from the menu and take a selfie. The system will identify and match faces using trained neural activity detectors.

Step 4 : Our Photo+ Photographers are located throughout the park to professionally capture your best moments in front of some of our best landmarks. All the photos of your exciting experiences within the park will appear in “My Album”.

Step 5 : You will be notified instantly when you have a new picture or video.

Step 6 : With a Photo+ Pass, you can choose to share, download, and print your priceless memories into unique souvenir mementos.

Step 7 : Strike your best pose and say cheese!

Step 1 : Go to “My Photo+” from your Genting SkyWorlds mobile app.

Step 2 : Select “Link My Photo”.

Step 3 : Scan the QR code on your photo from the photo viewing kiosk to link your digital photo content.

If you arrive on a day when the Rainy Day Guarantee is activated

• If the adverse weather happens for an hour or more continuously, you are entitled to a complimentary return ticket.
• This offer is valid for 12 months from the date of your original visit.

You must download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app. Register your tickets and enable notifications.You will receive a notification if the 'Rainy Day Guarantee' is activated.Keep your original tickets and/or the confirmation email if you booked online. You'll need these for your return visit.Before your return visit, check Genting SkyWorlds mobile app or website for opening times, any capacity restrictions, and availability of attractions. Bring your original ticket(s), receipt(s) and a valid NRIC/Passport (copies are not accepted).Present your documents at the ticket counter.
