There are more than 60 royal tombs found in the Valley of the Kings, including the famous Tomb of Tutankhamun, which has been found in pristine condition. On a day trip to Luxor, you can explore both the east and west banks of the Nile River without arranging guides or tickets. The air-conditioned bus will take you to top Luxor attractions, including Valley of the Kings, Colossi of Memnon, and Queen Hatshepsut's Temple.
Get picked up and dropped off from Hurghada and explore some of Egypt's most beautiful ancient sites with an Egyptologist guide. Visit Luxor's most famous monuments, including the Temple of Karnak, after which you'll have lunch at a local restaurant, and then take a felucca boat across the Nile (at an extra cost).
Explore the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut's temple. See the impressive Colossi of Memnon, two massive mono-stone statues of king Amenhotep III. These colossi are the significant remains of this vast mortuary temple. On the west bank of the Nile, you'll find the Valley of the Kings, where you'll find the tomb of King Tut-Ench-Amun, containing the golden treasures he left behind with his original accessories. After a day of exploring ancient Egypt, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Hurghada.
