Service hours of the KL Tower Sky Terrace (outdoor observation deck) are subject to change due to weather conditions. For more information, you may call 603 2020 5444 or visit the attraction official website

• Malaysian passport holders are required to present a valid ID during ticket redemption
• Due to safety reasons, personal bags are not allowed on the Sky Terrace. Only smaller items within 16" x 16" x 8" are allowed
• Ticket is valid for single redemption and entry. All tickets purchased must be redeemed at any one time and there is no partial redemption are allowed
• Unauthorized flying drone are not allowed within KL tower premise
• If guest have already redeemed voucher and faced cases of inclement weather on the day of visit, please contact KKday for reschedule next day visit
• For the safety of all guests, the open-air Sky Terrace and Glass Box will not be open in cases of inclement weather, no refund will be granted.
• Guest in one group may share one photo session if the number of visitors on the day is too crowded.
