• The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm. Last admission at 5 pm
• Audioguides are available in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese and Japanese
• The Mercedes‑Benz Museum is barrier-free and fully accessible to wheelchair users
• It is possible to borrow wheelchairs, walkers, and baby carriages at the ticket desk for a deposit of €50
