Start by redeeming your voucher at the redemption point in the museum. Once done, begin exploring the Montmartre Museum, set in one of the oldest buildings on the hill, surrounded by beautiful gardens.
The permanent collection at the museum features artworks that bring to life the bygone era; a life lived and seen by artists of that time such as Auguste Renoir, Émile Bernard, Suzanne Valadon, and Maurice Utrillo. Walk through different rooms that depict various art forms, including theater.
Before stepping into the temporary exhibitions, make a stop at Suzzane Valadon's studio apartment from 1912 which has been reinvested with the original stove and the mezzanine floor has been recreated. It is interesting to know that the entire apartment was put together by relying on letters and writing, instead of photographs from that period.
Temporary exhibitions are on rotation, so there's no saying what you might see. Wander the expansive Renoir Gardens that give a feeling of countryside in the city center.
Walk away from your visit feeling refreshed and artistically inspired.
