Facilities and Attractions

The Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village comprises three main parts: the European-style palace gardens, the amusement park, and the Formosan Aboriginal Mountain Cultural Village. The amusement facilities include Southeast Asia's highest free-fall ride, and an aerial cable car connecting the village and Sun Moon Lake, offering panoramic views of central Taiwan's mountains and waters.

Special Events

In addition to the usual daytime cherry blossom viewing, the Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village Cherry Blossom Festival also features a magical nighttime cherry blossom viewing experience as night falls. This is combined with a spectacular final dance performance at the village. Unlike the daytime indigenous dances, this special performance can only be seen on the night of the Cherry Blossom Festival. With a mysterious ritual, it guides visitors into the stunning and dreamlike world of nighttime cherry blossoms.
