The admission discount is valid when purchasing tickets at the Noah's Ark official ticket office or website.
Discounted admission tickets must be used on the same day; otherwise, they will be invalid. The discounted tickets are available to children aged 3 to 11, seniors aged 65 or above, and holders of the "Disability Registration Card" issued by the Labour and Welfare Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. With a park ticket, you can visit: Ark Museum, Dream Planet, Ark Garden, Cherish the Earth Pavilion, Nature Park, and Leap World (a giant rocket slide rope net). All attendees who purchase or redeem admission tickets at Noah's Ark official ticket office/Noah's Ark online ticketing platform will receive a set of 10 game tokens (total value HK$100) for every two tickets purchased. These game tokens can be used to participate in the aforementioned special activities. If attendees do not have enough game tokens to participate in individual activities, they can purchase additional game tokens from event staff to make up the difference. Game tokens are priced at HK$20 for two. For those who pre-purchase park tickets through the Noah's Ark Hong Kong website, up to two designated activities can be booked online. Bookings can be made from 7 days prior to entry until 11:59 PM the day before entry. Noah FUN Club members can enjoy an additional booking slot upon logging in. Slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some activities do not offer online booking. Each member holding a valid Noah FUN Club membership card may bring one child aged 3 to 11 to participate in designated activities on the day of the event. The number of places for Noah FUN Club is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event. Please refer to the on-site instructions for each activity for details and arrangements. The above activities will be held at the designated time on the day, and on-site registration is accepted. Places are limited, so please queue up first, on a first-come, first-served basis, until all places are filled. Everything is subject to the instructions and arrangements on site. Each person in line may not stand in line for someone else, nor may they use personal belongings to occupy a place in line. Those queuing must maintain order and refrain from cutting in line. All activities will be conducted primarily in Cantonese. All the above activities may be changed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, temporary events, or government epidemic prevention policies. The on-site instructions and arrangements shall prevail. No further notice will be given in case of changes. Some events are held on designated dates and/or are subject to additional fees and/or specific eligibility requirements. On all regular opening days of the park, visitors are welcome to bring their pets into the theme park area, provided that a corresponding adult/discounted/pet ticket is purchased. Pets are permitted entry to attractions and/or some activities. Each pet ticket is valid for one dog or other pet only. Dogs or other pets visiting the park must be accompanied and cared for by an adult aged 18 or older. Each adult aged 18 or older may bring a maximum of two dogs or other pets weighing 20 kg or less (excluding guide dogs). Tickets exceeding these limits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Please understand that this park is also open to other visitors, and therefore, all fighting dogs, dogs considered dangerous, snakes, spiders, and insects are not allowed. The park reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet exhibiting aggressive behavior or tendencies.
All dogs must be vaccinated against rabies, possess a valid dog license issued by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, and have a microchip implanted to identify them. All dogs must have their microchips scanned and a copy or photograph of their vaccination card provided for verification before entering the facility.
All dogs must have been vaccinated against common infectious diseases at least 14 days prior to the outbreak, including: canine distemper, canine parvovirus enteritis, and other diseases deemed necessary for prevention by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department.
Participants should pay attention to their own safety, as well as the safety of their dogs and other pets, and properly control their dogs and other pets to prevent them from getting lost or causing disturbance or harm to other participants, dogs, or any other pets.

Participants must bring their own drinking water and containers for dogs or other pets. Bottled water may also be purchased at the park.
Please keep the environment clean and hygienic, and do not allow dogs or other pets to defecate or urinate anywhere. After pets have used the facilities, participants are responsible for properly collecting and disposing of their pets' waste.
At all times, the provisions of the Public Health (Animal and Bird) Ordinance (Chapter 139), the Cats and Dogs Ordinance (Chapter 167), the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Ordinance (Chapter 169), the Rabies Ordinance (Chapter 421) and the Protection of Endangered Species of Animals and Plants Ordinance (Chapter 586), as well as the subsidiary legislation of these Ordinances and all other relevant legislation, must be strictly observed.
If any of the following symptoms are observed in dogs or other pets during the event, event staff have the right to ask participants to remove the dogs and other pets from the venue: the dog does not have a microchip and/or vaccination record; the dog or other pet is found to be ill during the event; the dog or other pet exhibits aggression towards other participants or dogs; or the participant is unable or unwilling to control the dog or other pet.
To ensure ample space within the park, staff will control the number of visitors, dogs, and other pets. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, no more participants, dogs, or other pets will be able to be accommodated.
The park assumes no responsibility for any loss or injury to third parties or pets caused by visits to the park or use of its facilities.
