Show your smartphone ticket at entrance 'A'. During peak times, there could be multiple lines. Check the front of the line for a sign that says the timeslot for entry

• Latecomers won’t be admitted 30 minutes after the timeslot
• Tickets aren't exchangeable and re-entry is not allowed to the venues
• Some fountains may be closed or shows may stop earlier, please double check exact schedules with an agent upon arrival
• If you book the last timeslot of the day (2 hours before closing) it is recommended to arrive earlier and visit the gardens first
