He would frequent Vienna's cafes and indulge in pastries between composing his waltzes. Savor classic dishes like fluffy potato dumplings with browned butter, and a side of sauerkraut.   • 7:30****pm: The Strauss Dinner Show begins, with small intermissions between each course – the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th courses will be served during these breaks.

  • 10:00****pm: The show concludes. Enjoy the remainder of your evening, staying at your table for as long as you like.
