Perched on the hill of Katsurahama Park is a museum dedicated to the legacy of Ryoma Sakamoto, Kochi Prefecture's hero. Having undergone a significant renovation in 2018, the museum draws visitors into the world of Ryoma through personal letters to his sister, Otome, and insightful videos.
