• Participants with shoe sizes outside 35–50 EU cannot join, as specialized glacier crampons are only available for this range.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the activity.
• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• The ice cave visited is selected based on current safety and conditions, as ice caves are natural phenomena and their location and condition may change.
• The activity involves walking on uneven, icy terrain; a moderate level of physical fitness is required.
• Please arrive at the meeting point on time, as late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• The tour operates in most weather conditions; dress appropriately for cold and wet environments.
