Discover the Espai Crater Center and CRÀTER 360

Visit the Espai Cràter, located inside the Puig del Roser volcano in Olot. Discover an interactive exhibition that covers the universe's origin to the present. The exhibition is housed in steel structures resembling basaltic columns and includes screens, models, games, and projections. Marvel at a 15m² 3D-printed model of Garrotxa on display, and try your hand at video mapping, which showcases the Garrotxa region’s evolution from 80 million years ago to today.

CRÀTER 360 is a new sensory experience that lets you experience four inaccessible volcanos, from the seabed to the space. It covers the seabed and then takes you to Antarctica to explore the striking Mount Erebus, after which you find yourself in the Pacific Ring of Fire. The last stop takes you to Jupiter's satellite lo which sees intense volcanic activity and eruptions as high as 400km.

Explore an Inactive Volcano from the Inside

Walk inside the inactive Puig Del Roser volcano which last erupted over 11,000 years ago. Discover the volcanic tunnels, caves, and other geological formations that were created during the volcano's active period. Hike to the summit of the volcano to enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Catalonian region.
