After being picked up from your hotel, if chosen, you're ushered into the restaurant that has been serving up tantalizing Maltese cuisine since 1964. As the aromatic scents of a 4-course traditional meal waft through the air, feel the vibrancy of the past blend with the present. Your culinary journey starts with a locally inspired antipasto and two optional starters. You then move on to the main course, a choice between a hearty horsemeat stew, a baked squid, or a signature boneless rabbit dish, all served with roasted seasonal vegetables and Maltese-style baked potatoes.
Just as you're relishing dessert, a spectacle of color and music unfolds. Six dancers in eighteenth-century costumes take the stage, telling tales of Maltese history through dance. The restaurant's elevated dance floor and lively music set the mood for an unforgettable show that is both a feast for the eyes and a history lesson.
