Transportation Card Functionality

The pass includes a transportation card function usable on public transportation including subways, buses, and taxis. This feature is only available with the physical Visit Busan Pass; the Mobile Pass does not include this functionality.

Pass Options

The Visit Busan Pass offers different types:

  • Big3: Includes 1 attraction from Group A + 2 from Group B.

You can purchase the Lotte World Busan admission ticket and add the Magic Pass Fast Track through a link provided. Note that the Magic Pass (Fast Track) is not included in the Visit Busan Pass itself.

Pick-Up Locations

Show your Visit Busan Pass at the Visit Busan Pass counter (2F, Busan Station) to receive your City Tour Bus ticket.

Screenshots or photographs of the screen will not be accepted for verification. Additionally, one of the partner facilities, “Arte Museum,” will temporarily suspend acceptance of this ticket from 5 June 2026 – 15 June 2026 due to internal operational policies and enhanced safety measures.

Must Know

  • Please present the QR code (order voucher) of your electronic pass through the Traviia APP. Screenshots or photographs of the screen will not be accepted.
  • An order can only be canceled if all passes are unused. If even one pass has been used, partial cancellation is not possible.
  • Refunds requests are not accepted once the pass has been activated.
  • No withdrawal or refund is allowed if the Card Pass is lost, registered in the app, used for transportation, or under other conditions stated on the website
  • The recharge, use, and refund of the transportation card functions (e.g., LOCA Mobility) included in the Card Pass are subject to the refund policy of the transportation card issuing institution.
  • If the card is malfunctioning and cannot be used, it must be returned to the pickup counter for a refund to be processed.
  • [Yacht operators at the Busan Suyeongman Bay Yachting Center are scheduled to temporarily suspend operations starting January 1, 2026. Please check existing bookings through each operator’s booking channels to receive any related notifications.]
  • One of the partner facilities, “Arte Museum,” will temporarily suspend acceptance of this ticket due to internal operational policies and enhanced safety measures. During this period, admission using this ticket will not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Ticket Delivery

Present your Traviia voucher and passport at one of the official exchange counters listed below. You will receive your physical Visit Busan Pass. Activation begins when you use the pass at your first attraction:
- Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 – WiFi Dosirak (1F, Exit 12), open 24 hours.
- Incheon International Airport Terminal 2 – WiFi Dosirak (1F, Exit 3), 06:00–22:00
- Gimpo International Airport – WiFi Dosirak (International Terminal 1F, Gate 2), 09:00–21:00
- Gimhae International Airport (Busan) – Tourist Information Desk
- Busan Station – Tourist Information Center (East District, Central Avenue 206)
- Olive Young Gwangalli Beach Branch – Open year-round, 11:30–22:30
- Olive Young Gwangbok Town Branch – Open year-round, 11:00–22:00
- Designated hotels and kiosks across Busan
