The maximum weight for each guest per seat is 110kg. Guests beyond this range will have to purchase an extra seat. Guests who need a seat belt extender are not permitted to fly. Safety is a priority so children under the age of 2 years are restricted from participating. Samsung Galaxy Note 7, iPads, selfie sticks, or professional cameras are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter. Baggage/large bags/purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.

Guests with heart problems or other serious medical conditions are restricted from participating. If the guest is 8 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor's certificate is required to confirm that they are medically fit to fly. People of determination are welcome to fly, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult who can assist them.

A maximum of 6 passengers are allowed per flight. Guests are required to arrive 45 minutes prior to the helicopter tour timing. Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
