If the guest is 8 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor's certificate is required to confirm that they are medically fit to fly. People of determination are welcome to fly, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult who can assist them.

A maximum of 6 passengers are allowed per flight. Guests are required to arrive 45 minutes prior to the helicopter tour timing. Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
