- Not allowed:Children aged 5 or younger are not permitted and parents or guardians of children aged between 5 and 12 must sign a disclaimer form
- The use of telephones, cameras and videos is not permitted within the Hammam
- Know in advance:This experience includes 75-minute Arab bath and 15-minute massage
- Swimwear must be worn (swimsuit or bikini)
- Please be quiet when in the bath areas
- Please observe proper decorum
- Long hair must be tied up. It is not necessary to use a swimming cap
- Wearing shoes is permitted in the dressing rooms only
It is very much appreciated if customers arrive a little in advance of the time booked and exit on time. Any time not used once the session commences may not be recuperated
- Customer may decide how long they spend at each point of the circuit
- With exception to the dressing rooms, the baths are mixed
- In the event that a massage is booked and the customer comes with a companion, it's not guaranteed that they can receive this at the same time
- The masseur shall always remain on duty inside the bath even if booked by a private group
- Available in the hammmam: towels, shampoo, gel, hairdryer, moisturizing cream, and lockers for storing personal items

Experience the invigorating contrast of water temperatures on your skin, an ideal way to stimulate and unwind in a single session. Traverse through hot, warm, and cold baths, echoing the traditional structure of an Andalusian Hammam. The steam room is the cherry on top, which you can revisit as many times as you desire during the session.
You'll also be treated to a 15-minute soothing massage, applied with firm yet gradual pressure on your back, legs or both areas, instilling a sense of tranquillity. When combined with essential oils, it not only moisturises your skin but also enhances the overall experience.
Before proceeding to your massage, visit the rest area and explore the fragrances of Al Ándalus at the Aroma Corner. Choose from a variety of scents including violet, red amber, rose and lavender.
