Alcázar of Seville Food and drinks are not permitted inside the monument (except for water and food for babies). Alcohol, drugs, and intoxicated behavior are strictly prohibited. Weapons, sharp objects, and large bags or luggage are not allowed. Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs or emotional support dogs with valid documentation. Selfie sticks, flash photography, and tripods are not allowed. Bare feet and bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not permitted. Visits to the gardens are subject to weather and safety conditions and may be closed without prior notice. Children under 14 can visit the Giralda always accompanied by an adult. If you choose a small group guided tour, your group will have no more than 15 people.

Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed within the Alcazar and the cathedral, subject to producing the official documentation. Wheelchair users are prohibited from climbing the La Giralda. People with vertigo, claustrophobia, anaemia, tendency to dizziness, heart problems, and/or respiratory problems are advised not to climb the La Giralda.
