Entry without a valid boarding pass is not permitted. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the lounge. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking patio.
Complimentary access is available for children under 2 years old when accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult; children aged 12 and above are charged the adult rate. Minimum duration for nap suite usage is 6 hours. Gymnasium access is for up to 2 hours per session and is available only in Terminal 2. Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2. As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
