- Please arrive 15 minutes before your departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
- Dress in weather-appropriate clothing as this cruise is not wheelchair accessible; however, guide dogs are welcome on board.
- Children up to and including 2 years old can join the cruise for free. Those aged between 3 and 11 receive discounted tickets, while children older than 11 pay adult prices. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- The experience may be rescheduled due to bad weather conditions; please check with your provider in advance if you have specific plans.
