Getting started
Arrive at the Dubai Marina location 15 minutes before your scheduled experience. Meet your certified instructor to validate your booking confirmation and ID, followed by a safety briefing. You'll be provided with equipment, drinking water, and dry towels. Inquire about locker availability from your instructor.
Your session begins with an orientation and gear setup at Dubai Marina. Throughout the 60-minute ride—whether you're E-Foiling, wakesurfing, or wakeboarding—an instructor will be nearby for guidance. This experience is designed to be enjoyable, safe, and scenic for all skill levels.

- Bring your own swimsuit as they are not provided; also, ensure you have sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for sun protection.
- Presentation of a valid ID (passport or Emirates ID) is required at the entrance along with your booking confirmation voucher.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking inside vehicles during transfer services are prohibited; large bags and outside food/beverages are not allowed during activities.
