— What You Can Expect —

Get close to wildlife at the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai. Head to this elephant rescue and rehab center for unique experiences. You can stroll along pathways in nature alongside magnificent elephants. Participate in activities where you learn how to take care of these gentle creatures.

Pet these sweet giants and watch both babies and adults play in a comfortable, cruelty-free environment. Included in this tour is a tasty vegetarian lunch buffet and transportation. Get ready now for this giant-sized experience in Thailand.

Pick-up Time: 7:30 am-8:00 am from your Chiang Mai city hotel Pick-up Point: Chiangmai Downtown hotel or meeting point at Mc Donald's Thapae gate.

— Itinerary —

Half Day Tour9:30 am Start your Walk with our staff and the elephants, with no riding, to the river that skirts the park. You can watch the elephants bath and play, while you stay dry on the river bank

12:00 pm Lunch: Enjoy a healthy varied vegetarian buffet of Asian and International dishes

1:00 pm After lunch and it's time for goodbyes to the elephants and to Elephant Nature Park before the hour-long drive back to Chiang Mai where you will be dropped off at our office

Full Day Tour with ‘Hands Off’ Project‘Hands Off’ Project: where the elephants roam freely as a herd and uniquely viewed from the SkyWalk

9:30 am Start Take a walk around the park and observe the elephants in their chosen herds and learn about their stories and special needs

12:00 pm Lunch: Enjoy a delicious and varies vegetarian buffet of Asian and Western delights

1:00 pm Observe Bathing: Walk with your tour guide and the elephants to the river that borders the park. Watch these gentle giants from the river bank as they splash around and play. Observe Interaction: Observe the elephants socializing in their herds and playing in the mud pit or covering themselves with sand after bathing in the river

Visit Rescued Animals: Visit the Dog Project and learn about our rescued dogs and our dog adoption program. Visit Cat Kingdom and learn about our rescued cats. Visit other rescued animals at the park

*At times, due to health issues, dogs and cats might not be able to visit. We appreciate your understanding in these situations

Return: At 3:30 pm, it’s time to say goodbye to the elephants before the hour-long drive back to Chiang Mai where you will be dropped off at your hotel/guesthouse

*Park visits are all about spending quality time observing and being with the herd. We do not adhere to a strict schedule. The best way to make the most of your visit is to relax, watch, and learn about elephants
