How to use
- To begin, download the Rail Planner app and load your pass by navigating to My Pass, tapping ‘Add your Pass,’ and entering your surname along with your Pass number (found in your confirmation email).
- Create a new trip within the app, giving it an identifiable name.
- Activate your pass by inputting your passport or ID number and selecting your initial travel date. This activation can be delayed until you're ready to start your journey.
- Explore routes and schedules, adding them to “My Trip.” Present this itinerary to ticket inspectors when traveling.
- Your pass remains valid for 11 months from the purchase date.
