Cash for beach facilities: Carry small cash for optional toilets, showers, chairs, and kayak rental at the beach stop. Swimwear and towel: Bring swimwear and a towel if you plan to swim or kayak during your free beach time. Sun protection: Pack sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for the open tuk-tuk ride and beach time. Comfortable footwear: Wear comfortable walking shoes for exploring the island and visiting the cave temple.
This is a self-guided day tour where we arrange all the transfers and the tour for you for your comfort. There is no tour guide during this day tour, except for the taxi driver and the local tuktuk driver in Koh Sichang. The schedule with important timings will be sent to you after booking. The drivers speak limited English, just to communicate during the day tour. Itinerary may change due to weather. Thailand's rainfall is unpredictable, particularly during the monsoon season from May to December. The tour is guaranteed to proceed if conditions are safe, even in light rain. Make sure you are dressed properly by temple standards to visit the temple. That is, no bare shoulders, no bare knees. You can book for bigger groups, but please be aware that the group will be divided into multiple vans of 9 people maximum, and 4 people per tuktuk. The itinerary will be the exact same and you will go everywhere at the same time, but with multiple vehicles.
