- Upon booking completion, an email will be sent to you containing all essential information along with your order confirmation number. Use this number to add your pass in the Go City app on your mobile device.

- Your pass will be automatically activated when you use it to enter your first attraction on the list.
- Some attractions may require advance booking. Ensure that your pass is valid on the day of reservation by following instructions provided in the app.
- Validity: Before activation, your pass remains valid for 1 year from its purchase date. Activation occurs once you visit your first attraction and extends over the number of consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods) selected. For instance, if you choose a 3-day pass and enter an attraction on Monday afternoon, it will be valid through the rest of Monday plus Tuesday and Wednesday.
