• Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
• Launch the Go City App, select the relevant city based on your pass, and click on the "My Passes" icon
• Enter your email address and order verification code

If purchasing multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to various devices. • Once an order is confirmed, requests for changes or upgrades cannot be accommodated. Please consider this before making a booking
• Free cancellation applies only to "unused" passes

If attractions or transportation are closed due to maintenance, malfunctions, unforeseen emergencies, or due to individual reasons such as loss, damage, lack of travel documents, late arrival, illness, or accidents, refunds or reissues will not be provided
