  1. Open the KKday e-voucher and click the link "To use the app, please follow your unique link"
  2. Enter your email address on the page
  3. Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
  4. Launch the Go City App, select the relevant city based on your pass, and click on the "My Passes" icon
  5. Enter your email address and order verification code

*If encountering difficulties at step 4, refresh the page or restart from step 2 

Important Notes: 

  • If purchasing multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to various devices. Keep QR Code numbers distinct to prevent accidental overlap
