Printed Voucher:

  • Access your order confirmation email, click the provided link, and download the e-voucher for printing

Use Go City App:

  1. Open the KKday e-voucher and click "To use the app, please follow your unique link"
  2. Enter your email on the page
  3. Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
  4. Launch the Go City App, select the relevant city based on your pass, and click on the "My Passes" icon
  5. Enter your email address and order verification code

*If encountering difficulties at step 4, refresh the page or restart from step 2

Important Notes: 

  • If purchasing multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to various devices. Keep QR Code numbers distinct to prevent accidental overlap
  • If the "To use the app, please follow your unique link" link on the KKday e-voucher is not functional, please consider utilizing alternative redemption methods
  • Some attractions require advance reservations. Travellers without advance reservations may be denied entry. Please carefully read the Free Digital Guide before departure
