Smooth Activation
To begin your journey, download the Go City App and use your order confirmation number to add your pass on your phone. Your pass activates once you visit an attraction for the first time!
If you prefer a traditional approach, print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email or display it digitally from your phone.
Access pre-recorded commentary, suggested itineraries, and maps conveniently on your device. Your pass becomes active upon visiting an attraction for the first time and is valid for the number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) selected over a span of 2 weeks. For instance, if you choose a 3-day pass and visit an attraction Monday afternoon, it remains valid until Wednesday end-of-day within that period. The pass holds validity for one year from its purchase date.

Ticket Delivery
You will receive an email confirmation with your Go Card Orlando Pass shortly. Download the pass on your mobile device or print it out according to your own convenience and display your voucher at any of the attractions included in your pass to get free access.
Validity
Once your pass is activated, you'll have 14 calendar days to redeem each day that your pass is valid for. This means that if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you will have 13 calendar days to use the remaining two days of your pass.
