• Printed Voucher: open the order confirmation email, click the link, and download the e-voucher to print it out

Use the Go City App

• Open KKday e-voucher and click the link "To use the app, please follow your unique link"
• Enter your email on the page
• Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
• Open Go City App and choose the city according to your pass. Then, click "My Passes" icon and enter your email and order verification code
• *If you fail at step 4, please refresh the page and enter email and order verification code again or restart from step 2

*If you buy several passes at the same time, you could enter multiple emails at step 2 to sync the passes to different devices. Please be careful and remember the QR Code number for each individuals to avoid redeeming the same pass accidentally

Service Hours:

• 8:00 am–9:00 pm, Monday–Friday (local time)
• 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Saturday–Sunday (local time)
• Closed on December 25 and January 1

Purchase Notice

You will be asked to indicate a provisional date for your visit when you book, but your pass is not restricted to this date – it will only be activated upon first use. This pass is valid for 1 year and can be used on the date of your choice

Choosing the activities upon booking is not required. Once there, all you have to do is present your pass at the entrance of the activities of your choice

Check each attraction's eligibility criteria for child discounts or free admission before purchasing passes for your childrenThe pass is charged by calendar days, not by 24 hours (12:00 am–11:59 pm). If you use the pass on April 1, one valid day is deducted after 11:59 pm (April 1), regardless of when it was activated

• Please note that you may only visit each attraction once a day

If attractions or transportation are closed due to maintenance, malfunctions, unforeseen emergencies, or due to individual reasons such as loss, damage, lack of travel documents, late arrival, illness, or accidents, refunds or reissues will not be provided

• Once an order has been finalized, requests for changes or upgrades will not be granted. Please consider this before making a booking

Please note that this Pass is not a fast pass access. You may need to visit the counter to exchange tickets or security check. In cases of long queues, we kindly ask for your patience while waiting
