• Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
• After installation, tap the “Your personal link” provided on your voucher to claim your pass. Make sure you use the same device on which you downloaded the app.
• Once claimed, your pass will be ready to scan.

If purchasing multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to various devices.
