Voucher Redemption Methods

• Download the Go City App (iOS, Android): please open the app and enter the order verification code into the app
• • Entering the order verification code does not activate the pass. The pass will be activated upon the first QR code scan for attraction admission

How to scan the QR code for entry

• • Present the QR code: present the KKday e-voucher at the entrance of an attraction

• Present the printed voucher: open the order confirmation email, click the link and download the e-voucher to print it outIf you have any problems or questions, please call +1-800-887-9103 (United States) or +61-1800-316950 (Australia)

• Service Hours: 6:00 pm–2:00 am, Monday–Friday (Sydney local time) / 7:00 pm–1:00 am, Saturday (Sydney local time) / 7:30 pm–1:30 am, Sunday (Sydney local time)
