About Andvari
Constructed in 1975 and originally located in Akureyri, this oak boat was the tenth heritage craft restored by North Sailing into a fully electric cruiser by 2015. Named through public competition from Old Norse meaning “a gentle breeze that glides silently,” Andvari is aptly named for its silent voyage across Skjálfandi Bay, allowing guests to explore themselves in the sounds of nature.
