Age and height restrictions: Children must be 6 years old and above and at least 1.1 metre to play on the HydroDash course. All 6-year-old children must be accompanied by an adult at a 1:1 ratio. All adult companions are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children on the course.

Safety precautions: Safety is a top priority at HydroDash. Buoyancy aid will be provided for all participants and it is mandatory to keep it on while on the course. Although buoyancy aids will be provided, all participants are required to swim a short distance of 20 meters (with a life jacket on) to reach the course. All participants are also required to attend a safety briefing before going onto the course.​ Participation in this activity requires the ability to swim. Guests who are unable to swim will not be permitted to join.

Rider Agreement: All participants are expected to read the Rider Agreement(https://www.thepalawansentosa.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/HydroDash-Riders.pdf) and agree to the terms before entering the HydroDash course.

• Are there age or height restrictions?

• What if it rains during my session?

You can still take part in the rain, and HydroDash is just as much fun in the rain! In the event of lightning warning, play will be suspended temporarily or cancelled for your safety. Strictly no refund is allowed.What should I wear?

Proper swimming attire (such as swimsuits, rash vests, broad shorts) is required. All swimming attire should be free of rivets, buttons or other hard objects. Jeans and traditional attire are not allowed for safety reasons. Please remove watch, jewellery or other sharp objects before entering HydroDash.Are there toilets and/or changing rooms/shower facilities near HydroDash?

• Do I need to sign a Rider Agreement?

All participants are expected to read the Rider Agreement and agree to the terms before entering the HydroDash course. The Rider Agreement is available on the website and on-site at the HydroDash ticketing counter.

• Do I need to arrive early for my session?

Participants should arrive ahead of time for their session to fully utilise the session access. We are unable to extend the session for latecomers. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session so that you have sufficient time to get changed (if required), be fitted with a buoyancy aid and attend the compulsory safety briefing. All participants need to be on the beach, dressed and ready upon the session start time. Full safety briefing will be conducted at the top of the hour. Should you arrive when a safety briefing has commenced, please wait for our staff to complete the current briefing and you will be briefed separately.

The Sentosa Beach Shuttle operates in a loop within the island. Hop on at any stop and alight at Palawan Kidz City/ Opp Palawan Kidz City/ Palawan West stop.
