Cloakroom: Coats, bags, and rucksacks must be stored in the cloakroom for fire safety reasons. A fee of €2 per person applies. Concert timings: The concert starts at 8pm and ends at approximately 9:45pm, with a 25-minute interval after the first half. Concert-only tickets: Arrive by 7:30pm to take your seat before the concert begins. Dinner & Concert tickets: The Palais opens at 6pm. Arrive by 6:15pm for dinner (as per option selected), served from 6:30pm to 7:45pm. The concert hall opens at 7:45pm. Late arrivals: Late entry is only permitted at suitable moments, such as during applause, to avoid disrupting the performance. Refreshments: Fresh rolls are available before, during, and after the concert. Dietary requirements: Share any vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, or allergy-related requirements when booking (as per option selected) Parking: Several car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Public transport: Volkstheater (U2/U3) is a 5-minute walk away, tram 46 at Auerspergstraße stops directly opposite, and buses 13A and 48A stop at Volkstheater, about a 4-minute walk away.
