If you only purchase an exhibition ticket and wish to use the ARTE CAFE, an additional fee of KRW 3,000 per tea will be charged (1 tea per person, TAKE AWAY not permitted).
Jeju residents and those eligible for discounted rates can purchase tickets on-site. However, benefits and duplicate discounts cannot be applied if identification/proof documents are not presented.
Discount Eligibility: Children (born 2020–2022), Seniors (born before 1962), Disabled individuals, Persons of National Merit, Military personnel (mandatory service members below sergeant rank).
Infants (born 2023 or later) receive free admission (proof documents required).
Refunds are not possible after entry, and re-entry is not permitted after exiting.
Pets are not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
