Booking FAQs
Food and drinks are not allowed in the Canopy Park. Luggage and wheeled bags are not allowed inside for safety reasons. Please leave them at the baggage storage. The operation of drones or unmanned aircraft within 5km of Changi Airport is restricted and require a permit from CAAS.

The last admission is 30 minutes before closing for all attractions, except for the Changi Experience Studio, which has a last admission 60 minutes before closing. Check the official website for the daily opening hours of each attraction before your visit. Children aged 3 – 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult. Minimum height requirement of 110cm applies to Discovery Slides, Walking Net, and Bouncing Net Timings for shops and eateries are subject to change as a result of operational considerations. We recommend checking with the respective store/eatery on their operating hours before visiting Jewel. It is recommended that all guests wear comfortable, closed shoes for this experience. LEGO® gifts, souvenirs, and redemption items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Attraction access remains subject to Canopy Park's operating hours and venue capacity. Certain promotional activities, retail offers, and redemption programmes may require separate purchases and are not included with your ticket.
